The Scottish Vintage Vehicle Transport Extravaganza is held each year at Glamis Castle on the second weekend in July. It is unquestionably the largest gathering of vintage, veteran and classic vehicles in Scotland and provides a wonderful setting for a family visit.
You are all more then welcome to join us on our Club Stand the more the merrier and a reasonably cheap weekend. And don't worry if your from South of the border. Come and join your Scottish cousins and see something different.
This will be Club Lotus N.E.Scotland 16th Anniversary. Please join in and make it even bigger then 2024 We had 54 Cars on our stand

Club Details
You all MUST stay on site until 4pm on both days because of health and safety issues of movement of traffic
Every effort should be made to attend on both the Saturday & Sunday
Closing Date:11th Jan 2025 but could well be earlier due to so many clubs wanting to attend,
We are taking bookings now.
£9.50 per car includes postage and admin for both day's, that's for your car, driver and one passenger

Last year the show sold out way before the closing date and many clubs could not get a stand. Places to be allotated as 1st come 1st served. Can you please send your payment ASAP to secure your place on our stand. We have negotiated for a larger stand again for this year.

Will you be running a generator?

1. Entry to campsite only on completion of this form.
2. Fee should be paid at time of completion & return of form.
3. No open fires; BBQ’s & Fire Pits etc must be in appropriate vessels & must be extinguished when
unattended. Self made fires on the ground will be extinguished.
4. All generators and music must be switched off by midnight. There should be no noise after
midnight, please respect those camping in your vicinity. Failure to do so may result in our Security
evicting those not complying & or the Police being called if refusal to leave.
5. All exhibits must be parked in their appropriate compound during the opening times of the show.
They may be returned in the evenings.
6. All persons must have a wristband pass and must be worn for the duration of the event
7. Appropriate distancing between camping areas must be obeyed. Your Campsite warden will
instruct you on this on arrival. Failure to do so will result in non admittance / eviction.

Please have your pass displayed on your Dashboard when entering Glamis.
You will get 2 wrist bands when you book in You must wear it at all times. If you are attending both days DON'T TAKE wrist band off as you will never get it back in, Its your pass to get in and out of Glamis
For those attending Saturday be on the stand no later then 10am
For those attending Sunday make sure your are on the Club Stand no later then 9.00am as Glamis official's can refuse admission from 10am
